We want you to be delighted with your mug but if you're not, please return it to us within 28 days and we will issue you with a full refund.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue you with a refund. We will let you know once the refund has been made.
Late or missing refunds
